Sacred Pause at Autumn Equinox
When we are so busy, it is easy to find that our attention has drifted away from heart-centred love and interconnectedness, settling instead in our minds - over-active with fast-paced thoughts that tumble over each other, creative sparks of new ideas, and an ever-expanding mental to-do list. Sometimes it can feel like a constant looping of analytical thinking, judgement, criticism or self-doubt, instead of nourishing flow.
We are, after all, in the year of the Fire Horse and linear time is running away with itself. Hours and days seem to be compressing. Weeks and months are passing in a blur. Perhaps you are feeling a quickening of energy, excited anticipation at all the projects and collaborations in your calendar; honouring your dreams and ideas that are becoming real.
But when life is this fast, it is a much needed spiritual practice to take a sacred pause and breathe in. And become still in this moment.
The Autumn Equinox and Mother Nature remind us to come into stillness - feeling our inner equilibrium, honouring the abundance of all the blessings in our lives, the people and places we love, and appreciation for wisdom gained, with gratitude for being here now.
Mary Magdalene says:
“Breathe in the divine presence of the sun and the earth, the moon and the stars to replenish the rose of your heart and inspire your luminous sovereign light. Breathe in the sweet softness of the land and the waters, so that your roots may receive the abundance of Mother’s Earth’s love. Stay true to your heart’s connection with wisdom and love”
Mary Magdalene, channelled by Caroline
This sacred pause, brings us back into our intuitive inner knowing, allowing the vitality of our glorious Mother Earth to realign us from disconnection to connection.
Heart-soul questions to contemplate at this time are:
What aspects of your life fill you with inner harmony?
Is there something or someone in your life that makes you feel out of balance?
What ideas that you seeded a year ago have taken root and flourished?
What plans and creative ideas are you beginning to seed now?
